Tempercops es un relleno que apenas caerá o perderá volumen, incluso después de un uso continuo o lavado. Los tempercops retendrán rápidamente su suavidad y esponjosidad solo con sacudidas ocasionales.

Nuestros productos, duvets (edredón, plumón, nórdico) y almohadas son respaldados por 1 año de garantía que cubre la calidad de la tela y mano de obra para su confección. Ejemplo: Hilos que se rompen, problemas de producción. La garantía no cubre el relleno, ya que la vida útil del mismo depende del manejo, mantenimiento y lavado que cada persona le dé. No aceptamos devoluciones; sin embargo, existe la posibilidad de cambiar el duvet, ya sea por otro grosor o modelo (aplica solo si ha comprado también el duvet cover, y está en perfectas condiciones). Las almohadas no tienen cambios pero podemos ajustar el grosor en la misma almohada, el costo es según caso, puede variar de 5 a 10 USD normalmente.
Cobertores, sábanas y protectores no tienen garantía.

We do not accept returns, however, there is the possibility of changing the quilt, either for another thickness or model (applies only if you have also bought the quilt, and it is in perfect condition). The pillows have no changes but we can adjust the thickness on the same pillow, the cost is depending on the case, it can vary from 5 to 10 USD normally.
